Returns Policy

Return Eligibility: Only for wrong items received. Items must be unused, unscratched, and in original packaging with the invoice/receipt.

Inspection: Check items upon delivery. Claims for damage or wrong items must be made immediately.

Special Items: For items like ACs, UPS, burners, etc., register complaints within 5 working days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions: Used, scratched, or damaged items are not accepted.

Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to special approval and processed within 7-10 working days in cases of pricing errors.

Final Check: No claims entertained after stamping the warranty card.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
